Upper eyelid surgery/Lower eyelid surgery Before & After Photos

This 53 year old woman had progressively worsening lower eyelid bags that made her look tired and older than she felt. She had both herniated fat (higher puffy area) and festoons (lower puffy area). A festoon is skin that collects fluid possibly related to allergies. She underwent transonjunctival lower blepharoplasty (hidden incision) with fat removal and direct excision of the festoons.
