This 59 year old gentleman didn’t like the many lines on his forehead and was having difficulty seeing. He met with Dr. Garrett Griffin to discuss his options. Bald men or those with a significantly receded hairline are not good candidates for temporal or trichophytic browlifts. One good option for these men is a midforehead lift where a strip of forehead from the center of the forehead is excised. This removes 2 or 3 of the existing forehead lines, raises the eyebrows to an appropriate height, and leaves a minimal scar. This patient had a midforehead lift and was very happy with his results.
