Rhinoplasty Photos - Case #3732

This 30 year old woman had a previous rhinoplasty with a different surgeon many years ago. This surgeon resected way too much cartilage and didn’t respect her thin skin, leaving her with a collapsed and deformed looking nose. She met with Dr. Garrett Griffin to discuss revision rhinoplasty. She had spreader grafts to widen the overly narrow middle portion of her nose and reshaping and reinforcement of the tip cartilages with temporalis fascia graft to create a softer, more natural appearance. The result is an ability to appreciate her naturally beautiful eyes and lips.
