This 68-year-old patient came in to see Dr. Tolan to address concerns with her neck and jowl region. She felt that the excess skin and fullness in her neck created a less youthful appearance than she’d like. After discussing various options, she decided to move forward with a less-invasive approach to manage the excess skin and fullness. She underwent an anterior Neck Lift (or Direct Excision) of the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the neck. Dr. Tolan was also able to elevate and tighten the platysma muscle to maximize her results. The before and 12-months after show a more refreshed, less aged appearance.
