This healthy, active 53 year old woman wanted to improve the appearance of her lower face. Specifically she wished to lessen the appearance of jowls, sharpen her neck and jawline, and thin the appearance of her neck. She underwent a SMAS facelift and full necklift. This procedure was performed by Dr. Garrett Griffin at Midwest Surgery Center in Woodbury, Minnesota.
