Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

This gentleman came in to see Dr. Griffin to learn about treatment options for a very crooked nose and difficulty breathing following several hockey-related injuries. He underwent a septorhinoplasty to improve his breathing and straighten his nose. We usually take this opportunity to improve the overall appearance of the nose, if possible. Before surgery, his major esthetic complaints were crookedness, a large bump on the nasal bridge, and a “droopy tip.” These are common complaints that we hear from our patients. After surgery he can breathe very well and his nose is much straighter. From an esthetic standpoint, a very slight bump was left which helps ensure that the nose still looks masculine. The tip has been elevated somewhat which improves the appearance of the nose and makes the nostril a little less obvious.
