Healthy male desiring improved appearance of the nose with less bulk and discoloration. Before and 10 months post-CO2 laser resurfacing. He was originally treated with cautery debulking of the rhinophymatous skin, but further treatment with CO2 was undergone in order to deliver optimal results and a natural, unoperated appearance of the nose.
