What to Expect
BEFORE
Every patient begins with a consultation with your injector to ensure your treatment is mapped to your goals, not a generic protocol.
DURING
Most Botox® sessions take 20 minutes or less. Injections are delivered with a fine needle and most patients describe it as a mild pinch, if they feel anything at all.
AFTER
There is no downtime. You can return to your day immediately. Mild redness or swelling at the injection site typically resolves within a few hours.
RESULTS
Results gradually appear over 7 to 10 days, with full results visible at 2 weeks. We recommend treatments every 3 to 4 months to keep results consistently smooth year-round.
A note on combination therapy: For optimal results, our physicians frequently recommend pairing Botox® with dermal fillers. Botox® relaxes dynamic lines while fillers restore lost volume and structure. Together, they address aging more completely than either treatment alone.

Is Botox® Right for You?
The best candidates are looking for a non-surgical, minimally invasive way to look refreshed, with no scalpels, incisions, or recovery time. Good candidates are in overall good health and have realistic expectations about results.
Botox® may not be ideal if you have an active skin infection in the treatment area or are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Your injector will review your full health history at your consultation.
If your main concerns are volume loss, thin lips, under-eye hollows, or deep nasolabial folds, dermal fillers may be the better fit, or the two may work well in combination. Your injector will help you determine the right plan for your goals.
