Whenever we do rhinoplasty, we also consider the chin. The nose and chin are the facial features that project away from the face and they need to be in balance from all viewpoints. This delightful young woman didn’t like her nose but also wanted better facial harmony. Dr. Garrett Griffin performed a rhinoplasty and chin implant to bring her facial characteristics into better proportion. This result is truly 1+1=3 as now her gorgeous eyes and lips really pop.
