This 58 year old gentleman didn’t like his tired appearance and occasionally hit his head on things. Dr. Garrett Griffin performed a direct browlift and upper blepharoplasty. With a direct browlift, the incisions are placed right at the upper edge of the eyebrow. This technique is rarely used for women but is common in men. He had light-colored eyebrows but has still healed with minimal appearance of scarring.
