Shannon
Shannon is well acquainted with putting out fires at work, but don’t worry, that’s in her former position as an EMT / Firefighter! She has now taken her passion for helping people to Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery as one of our front desk surgery schedulers.
Here, she effortlessly guides you through the steps of scheduling your surgery and accompanying appointments with our providers. Shannon enjoys being able to offer her guidance and knowledge of our treatments to make sure this process is efficient and streamlined so you can focus on you and your results!
Initially starting on the Ear, Nose & Throat side of our practice, Shannon was motivated to learn more about the Facial Plastic Surgery specialty. She has progressed from a front desk position to full surgery scheduling and values being able to assist patients on their journeys to looking and feeling better about their appearance.
Shannon’s Background
Shannon practices what she preaches and works with our licensed estheticians to take care of her skin. Her favorite services are BBL™ and HALO™ because of the dramatic improvements they have made to her skin’s clarity and smoothness. Shannon also loves our relaxing HydraFacials because the treatment delivers so many benefits, but it easily fits into her schedule. Shannon is currently using our Defenage® Skincare line and is impressed with how much three simple steps a day have transformed her skin. If you have questions about our treatments or products, Shannon is always willing to share her experiences!
When asked why she likes working with Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery Shannon remarks that she is proud of the exceptional level of skill our providers have and that she is inspired by the results they achieve for our patients. Shannon also loves that the staff feels like one big family with the same mission of providing exemplary care to our patients.
Shannon is a true Minnesotan during her life outside of work. She is an avid hunter and fisherwoman who loves swimming and motorcycles. Shannon is also the grateful mother of three full grown sons and a grandmother to three grandchildren who she adores!
