This young womenhad issues breathing through her nose and noted that her nose was crooked. I had performed a functional rhinoplasty years before IN 2001. While she noted overall improvement she still had issues with breathing and external deformity. She underwent a revision reconstructive rhinoplasty by me to gain even more improvement in her breathing and address the residual external deformity. The after photos are one year following revision reconstructive rhinoplasty along with her original pre nose surgery photos. Overall her nose functions well and gives her a more balanced facial aesthetics and more feminine appearance.
