This young, healthy female was bothered by the laxity of the skin in her neck. She was not felt to be a good candidate for liposuction as she would have developed more sagging of her neck skin. She underwent a traditional neck lift. She has a more youthful jawline and her neck has a smoother appearance. Photos show her before and over 6 months after neck lift.
