Mohs Reconstruction Photos - Case #3767

This 78 year old woman presented after undergoing Mohs excision of a basal cell carcinoma from the left nose. She had collapse of her nostril and difficulty breathing. She also complained of asymmetry of her ears “since birth” with extra skin on her right ear. The after photo shows the result 3 months after 2-stage melolabial flap reconstruction with ear cartilage graft for the nose, and cosmetic ear surgery to remove the extra skin from the right ear. She is very happy with the results. Dr. Garrett Griffin performed these surgeries at his offices in Woodbury and Eagan, Minnesota.
