As our Facial Plastics Practice Manager, Mindy loves that she can blend her passion for health and wellness in a practice that embraces both! She realized early in life that she wanted to pursue a career in the health field that could truly impact the lives of others. This desire led Mindy towards an educational pathway that includes both a Bachelors in Healthcare Management and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Saint Mary’s University. She believes this training set the stage for her to not only have an impact on the standard of care patients receive but also to build and empower the teams she manages to be able to elevate it!
After receiving specialized training as a Patient Experience Coach, Mindy gained valuable insights into how it feels to be in patients’ shoes. She applies what she has learned into designing strategies to ensure our patients receive a heightened standard of care at our practice. Mindy aspires to have every interaction you have with our team, and our clinics exceed your expectations and leave you feeling impressed.
Mindy initially pursued a position with Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery because she was fascinated by the field of plastic surgery and the improvement it could make to the overall quality of a patient’s life. Like the rest of our team, she believes in the life-changing capacity of the treatments we offer and the procedures our surgeons perform.
Often described as friendly, caring, organized, and dedicated, Mindy fits right in with the culture of Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery and FACE Cosmetic Skincare. She loves the family dynamic amongst our staff and how that quality transcends into how we treat our patients. Mindy is proud to work with a team that is not only exceptional at what they do but also displays such authenticity in who they are. She thinks patients can sense this, and that it is a characteristic that makes our practice special.
When not at work, Mindy relishes spending time with her family and friends. She is adventurous at heart and loves trying new things and exploring new places.
