This 32 yo M with a crooked nose came in to improve his nasal breathing. He also desired to reduce the size of his nose. Dr Schroeder performed an open septorhinoplasty to straighten his septum, reduce the dorsal bump, and reduce the size of the nasal tip while maintaining a masculine appearing nose.
