This 18 yo F came in to improve her nasal breathing. She also desired to reduce the bump on her nose while maintaining her nasal tip shape. Dr Schroeder performed an endonasal septorhinoplasty to straighten her septum and reduce the dorsal bump. Endonsasal rhinoplasty is a scarless surgery (incisions inside the nose) that reduces swelling and recovery time compared to traditional open rhinoplasty.
