This healthy 17 year old girl had always hated her “bump” and wished to undergo rhinoplasty to improve her appearance. To achieve improved appearance and facial balance, her bump was reduced, her tip was made more narrow, and her tip was lowered slightly. Instead of a bump, she now has a very subtle “scoop” on profile which is pleasing. Her new nose is natural appearing and fits her face.
