This healthy male was interested in improving his breathing. He had both internal and external nasal deformity requiring a reconstructive rhinoplasty. Photos show him before and 12 months after reconstructive rhinoplasty. The result is a straighter, more balanced, and more esthetically pleasing appearance of the nose.
