This healthy female was interested in treating the lower eyelid region and was considering surgery. Rather than surgery, we elected to treat her in a conservative fashion with filler and BOTOX® as it was felt eyelid surgery would worsen the dark circles under her eyes. Photos show her before and 6 months after hyaluronic acid filler and BOTOX® to the lower eyelid region.
