Healthy female who had undergone prior nasal surgery with persistent breathing and esthetic issues. She also had a smaller chin and desired a more harmonious relationship of her nose and chin with the rest of her face. Before and after revision reconstructive rhinoplasty and chin augmentation with a solid silicone chin implant.
