This woman in her 60s felt she looked tired all the time and didn’t like her droopy jawline and neck. She met with Dr. Garrett Griffin who recommended upper and lower eyelid surgery with a facelift. For her upper eyelids, he noted that she had extra skin but also that her eyelids crossed the colored part of her eye too low, called eyelid ptosis. For her lower eyelids, she didn’t really have bags but did have loose skin and the lower eyelids crossed the eyeball too low. For her jawline and neck she had loose skin with prominent melolabial folds. Dr. Griffin performed upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair, lower eyelid tightening with CO2 laser and midface fat grafting, and a lower facelift. She looks more youthful and more rested, and is very happy with the results.
