This woman had functionally significant brow ptosis with upper lid dermatochalasis or excess skin. She under went a Trichophytic Brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Overall she has a more refreshed un operated appearance 18 months after surgery. We also removed the non cancerous skin lesion of her left upper eyelid with the Erbium laser one year after her brow and eyelid surgery.
