Healthy female with functionally significant brow ptosis and upper lid dermatochalasis who under went a trichophytic brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Following surgery, she has a more refreshed natural, unoperated appearance with elevation of the eyebrows and removal of excess skin of the upper eyelids.
