This middle aged woman developed left-sided synkinesis after she recovered from Bells palsy. She was very bothered with tightness around her left eye that made it partially closed all the time, and tightness of her left cheek. She received botox to help relax the tight muscles and is very pleased with the improved facial symmetry and facial comfort.
